All exercises in this video are performed in a seated position using a set of dumbbells.<br \/>\nAfter a nice warm up we will alternate exercises between the upper and lower body. We will also put the exercises together for compound movements that are a great challenge for our muscles and minds.<br \/>\nFor reference, I&#8217;m using a set of 5 pound and weights. Please start with light weights and progress to heavier weighs as you get stronger. Using water bottles as weights is a great way to start as well. Please go at your own pace and listen to your body.<br \/>\nThis is a great workout to help you build bone density and muscle strength.
