{"id":1195,"date":"2026-02-16T08:00:15","date_gmt":"2026-02-16T08:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zestyfinds.net\/exercise\/?p=1195"},"modified":"2026-02-16T08:00:15","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T08:00:15","slug":"15-min-full-body-kettlebell-workout-at-home-caroline-girvan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zestyfinds.net\/exercise\/?p=1195","title":{"rendered":"15 Min FULL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT at Home | Caroline Girvan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VCcar3MA07w\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Full Body Kettlebell Workout &#8211; 15 Minutes to work your entire body with 1 kettlebell! <\/p>\n<p>We will perform each of the following kettlebell exercises for 30 seconds, followed immediately by 30 seconds kettlebell swing then rest for 30 seconds! <\/p>\n<p>GOBLET SQUAT<br \/>\nALTERNATING LUNGE PASS UNDERS<br \/>\nUNEVEN LUNGE<br \/>\nUNEVEN LUNGE (opposite leg)<br \/>\nROMANIAN DEADLIFT<br \/>\nBENT OVER ROW<br \/>\nBENT OVER ROW (switch arm)<br \/>\nOVERHEAD PRESS<br \/>\nUPRIGHT ROW<br \/>\nTRICEP PRESS<\/p>\n<p>All super-setted with  KETTLEBELL SWINGS! <\/p>\n<p>With the kettlebell swings, here are afew simple tips so that you gain the most out of this move:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Feet shoulder width or slightly wider and toes slightly facing outwards<br \/>\n&#8211; Hinge are hips whilst keeping back flat and chest open<br \/>\n&#8211; Your upper body ie. arms should not be assisting the lift<br \/>\n&#8211; Drive through and squeeze glutes.<\/p>\n<p>You will need a mat and something to lean against ie. chair for bent over rows! <\/p>\n<p>You can use 1 kettlebell or 2 depending on the weight!
