For consumers, this is a complex proposition: on the one hand, we gain incredible powers. But on the other hand, we must contend with software that is designed to deceive us. For marketers, the question of how to design and sell invisible products will emerge as one of the biggest and most interesting challenges in the next decade. They are redefining society with software.
