Here\u2019s what you should NOT do:<br \/>\n\u2022 Low fat<br \/>\n\u2022 Low salt<br \/>\n\u2022 Lots of water<br \/>\n\u2022 Lean protein<br \/>\n\u2022 Lose weight to get healthy<br \/>\n\u2022 6 small meals per day<br \/>\n\u2022 Exercise is most important<br \/>\n\u2022 Reduce added sugars, but you can still have some<br \/>\n\u2022 Eat your breakfast<br \/>\n\u2022 There are no bad foods<br \/>\n\u2022 Everything in moderation<br \/>\n\u2022 No one diet for everyone<br \/>\n\u2022 Every diet works if you keep your calories low<br \/>\n\u2022 Replace saturated fats with vegetable oil<\/p>\n<p>Here are the 5 best health tips: <\/p>\n<p>1. Keep insulin normal<br \/>\nKeeping your insulin levels normal is one of the best things you can do for weight loss and your overall health. To promote healthy insulin levels, lower your carbohydrates, increase your healthy fats, and avoid all vegetable oils. <\/p>\n<p>2. Fasting<br \/>\nIntermittent fasting and prolonged fasting are incredible tools for promoting a healthy body. They induce autophagy and help normalize your insulin levels. Two things you can do to start off your intermittent fasting plan is to skip breakfast and cut out all snacks. <\/p>\n<p>3. Get healthy to lose weight<br \/>\nOne of the worst tips is to lose weight to get healthy\u2014instead, you should get healthy to lose weight. You want to always focus on your health first, and the weight loss will come with it. Keep in mind that you can lose weight without being healthy\u2014this is not our goal! <\/p>\n<p>4. Do healthy keto<br \/>\nA low-carb, high-fat diet will put your body into ketosis. Ketones are the body\u2019s preferred fuel source. A healthy keto diet consists of plenty of vegetables and healthy fats that promote overall health and longevity.
