It’s that time of year again!! Rare Beauty just dropped a brand new neutral eye collection exclusively at Ulta and I am so excited about this one you guys. They have the cutest little 8-pan eyeshadow palette that’s $30 and made in Italy, a brown mascara in their existing formula, and a brown liquid liner. Honestly? The palette is SO much better than their first ones and I’m really impressed with the formulas. I do have one little thing about the liner though so stay tuned for that lol.
