MAGIC: Marketing in a World Defined by Software. Robert Tercek keynote speech
Increasingly, our experiences in the real world are defined by invisible software. For consumers, this is a complex proposition: on the one hand, we gain incredible powers. But on the other hand, we must contend with software that is designed to deceive us. For marketers, the question of how to design and sell invisible products will emerge as one of the biggest and most interesting challenges in the next decade. They are redefining society with software. In October 2015 I was invited to give a keynote speech to explore these ideas at the HubForum digital marketing summit in Paris.
