1.⁠ ⁠Optimise Protein – I eat at least 25-30g of protein in every meal and eat according to my body. This keeps my body fat percentage low and also helps me to reduce my sugar cravings by keeping me full for long.
2.⁠ ⁠Strength Training – I strength train 3-4 times a week, this helps me build and retain muscle. This is a must because muscle loss accelerates post 50
3.⁠ ⁠Blood Tests – I keep getting my blood work done every 6 months to understand my deficiencies and act on them fast, so that I can avoid hospital bills and doctor visits.
