I have a question for everyone: WHY have we normalized BLOATING, EXHAUSTION, ACNE, & CONSTANT ANXIETY??
For years, I thought these symptoms were just βnormalβ parts of being a woman my 20s. But after hitting rock bottom with my health earlier this year, I realized that I shouldn’t have to live this way. Nobody deserves to feel tired, in pain, and depressed 24/7.
So that’s when I turned to testing to figure out EVERYTHING that was wrong with me. And the results shocked me.
