Si te duelen los dedos por culpa de la artrosis o la artritis te aconsejo que hagas estos tres ejercicios:

-Ejercicio 1:
Con la mano abierta ves tocando tu pulgar con todos tus otros dedos, repítelo hasta que sientas tus dedos cansados. Cambia de mano y repite lo mismo

-Ejercicio 2:
Abre y cierra tu mano aplicando un poco de fuerza sin llegar a sentir un dolor extremo. Repítelo hasta que tus dedos no puedan más. Cambia de mano y repite lo mismo

-Ejercicio 3:
Coloca la palma de la mano en cualquier superficie plana y ves levantando tus dedos uno a uno,hazlo hasta q sientas que no puedes más. Cambia de mano y repite lo mismo.
